I am lucky to live in Ann Arbor, a community where many francophones and francophiles feel passionate about the discoveries that the French language can lead them through. Suzanne Murray spent 32 years working at the Earle. It was there that her interest in all things culinarily Italian and French were nurtured. A year in Paris solidified her leanings. Twenty years of teaching high school opened the door to Spanish and she now dwells on the three languages and is obsessed with etymologies. To keep her hands busy, she and her partner bake and sell baguettes, brioche and madeleines.
I fell in love with France 13 yrs ago while backpacking. I felt terrible when I couldn't speak the language so I made it a goal to study and one day be fluent. I studied a bit in Switzerland for a year but i just want to keep learning!!!!!
