This is the perfect evening for us, francophones and francophiles, to sing together traditional French songs like "A la claire fontaine", "Aux marches du palais", "Chevaliers de la Table Ronde" and many more. Bonnie Ion, who plays the ukulele beautifully, will guide us. Everyone will have the texts of the songs to sing along. It will be fun. Invite your friends. French teachers, this is a great opportunity to learn new songs for your students. Sweetwaters, on Washington St., is giving us its side room. There are only 30 places, so sign up soon. Of course, coffee and snacks are available at the café.

Bonnie joined the Peace Corps and went to Burkina Faso in West Africa, taking her music along for company. She is back earlier than planned and wants to continue her French studies and singing too.
